Our donations go through JustGiving directly to Happy Doggo. We never handle the money, and the page shows the running total publicly — which is how you can see for yourself that we're following the rules.

Two ways to give

For everything else
We have a PayPal business account for donations that aren't going through JustGiving. Money moves from there to our Lloyds community bank account, which requires two signatories on every transaction, and then on to the relevant charity.

We always publish our donations. If you want to know where a specific pound went, ask and we'll tell you.
Beyond Happy Doggo
Sometimes we support people rather than organisations — Sybille Morch and My Disabled Hairy Friends being the clearest example.
Sybille isn't a charity or a foundation. She's one person who turned her own home into a sanctuary for 29 dogs with special needs. That means donations for her work go directly to her account rather than through JustGiving. We say so plainly, we show every transfer, and we're happy to answer any question about it.
Licensing
We hold a licence from Brentwood Borough Council that permits us to run our monthly bonus ball. You're welcome to check it with them.
Transparency
We'd rather answer an awkward question than have anyone wondering. Nothing about how we handle money is a secret.
